Morning Matcha + Maintenance Tincture

Looking for a morning energy and focus boost that won’t give you jitters or lead to a crash later in the day? Consider switching your usual cup of coffee for a 1:1 CBD:CBG matcha latte. 


Matcha is great for you. It’s high in antioxidants, it can help boost brain function, and it’s good for your heart-- not to mention delicious! It’s also super easy to prepare. 


Here’s one vegan matcha latte recipe you can try out: Start by mixing 1 teaspoon of matcha powder with ¼ cup of hot water. You can also stir 1 tbsp of maple syrup, ¼ tsp of vanilla extract, and ¼ of cinnamon for a little sweetness if you prefer. Then, just add 1 cup of your favorite alternative milk - soy, almond, and oat all work great!

  • 2 cups diced watermelon
  • ½ cup fresh spinach
