Shipping and Returns
Shipping and Returns
We will always expedite shipping out as many packages as we can. Please note that due to high volume and time of order placement, some packages may ship 1-3 days after an order has been placed. Please understand, that we are working as quickly as possible to send you your product.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and currently offer International shipping to Australia and Sweden.
Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us. Upon receipt, please check your product for damage that may have happened during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product to
support@barkerwellness.com. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that timeframe.
For U.S. orders, all sales are final, except that we accept returns and exchanges of unused products returned to us within thirty (30) days of the product received date.
For international orders, all sales are final.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number. If you did not receive it, please email us at support@barkerwellness.com and we will be able to provide you with your tracking number. You may also track your order on our Order Tracking page.
